SOWA 개인정보처리방침

SOWA(이하 "앱")는 계정이 없고, 사진은 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 모든 사진 처리는 기기 안에서만 이루어집니다. 앱 개선을 위한 익명 사용 통계만 수집하며, 광고와 추적(트래킹)은 없습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 계정, 로그인, 회원가입이 없으며 이름·이메일·연락처·정확한 위치 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고가 없고, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않으며, App Tracking Transparency 의미의 추적을 하지 않습니다.

앱 개선을 위해 익명 사용 통계만 수집합니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 3. 사용 통계를 참고하세요.

2. 사진과 카메라

• 카메라: 사진 촬영을 위해서만 사용합니다. 촬영·필터 처리는 전부 기기 내에서 수행되며, 이미지가 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 사진 앨범(추가 전용): 이용자가 저장을 선택한 결과물만 기기 앨범에 저장합니다. 앱은 이용자의 기존 사진을 읽거나 열람하지 않습니다.

3. 사용 통계 (Firebase Analytics)

어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악해 앱을 개선하기 위해, Google LLC의 Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다.

• 수집 항목: 앱 사용 이벤트(촬영·저장·공유, 편집기 진입, 레시피 저장, 잠금 해제 안내 노출, 구매 결과, 리뷰 안내 응답)와 그에 딸린 값(선택한 필름 룩 이름, 팩 이름, 화질, 저장 누적 수), 구매 상태 구분(무료/구독/팩 보유 수), 그리고 앱 설치 식별자·기기 종류·OS 버전·앱 버전·언어·대략적 지역(도시 수준)입니다.
• 수집하지 않는 것: 사진과 이미지는 어떤 형태로도 전송되지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·연락처·정확한 위치·광고 식별자(IDFA)도 수집하지 않습니다.
• 목적: 앱 기능 개선과 오류 파악. 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 이용자 식별: 수집된 정보는 이용자 개인의 신원과 연결되지 않으며, 다른 앱·웹사이트에서의 활동을 추적하는 데 사용되지 않습니다.
• 제3자 이전: 위 정보는 Google LLC가 운영하는 서버에 저장·처리되며, 해외로 이전될 수 있습니다. Google은 본 방침과 동등한 수준의 보호를 제공하는 조건으로만 처리합니다. Google의 처리 방침은 policies.google.com/privacy, Firebase의 데이터 처리 안내는 firebase.google.com/support/privacy를 참고하세요.
• 보관 기간: 수집된 이벤트 데이터는 최대 14개월 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 거부·철회: 앱 내 설정 → 사용 통계 보내기를 끄면 수집이 즉시 중단됩니다. 이미 수집된 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 문의 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

4. 진단 정보

앱이 비정상 종료(크래시)되거나 멈춘 경우, iOS의 MetricKit이 제공하는 진단 데이터를 기기 내부에만 저장하여 문제 해결에 참고합니다. 이 진단 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않으며 이용자 식별 정보를 포함하지 않습니다.

5. 결제

인앱 구매(필터 팩·구독)는 Apple의 App Store가 처리합니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 관리하며, 앱은 이용자의 카드·결제 수단 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 보관 및 이전

촬영·저장한 사진과 필터 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내부에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 위 3항의 사용 통계는 예외로, Google 서버에 보관되며 보관 기간이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.

7. 아동

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 식별 가능한 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

SOWA Privacy Policy

Effective: July 23, 2026

SOWA (the "App") has no accounts, and your photos never leave your device. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. We collect only anonymous usage statistics to improve the App. There are no ads and no tracking.

1. Information We Collect

The App has no account, login, or sign-up, and does not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or any information that identifies you. There are no ads, no advertising identifier (IDFA), and no tracking in the App Tracking Transparency sense.

We collect only anonymous usage statistics to improve the App — see 3. Usage Analytics below.

2. Photos & Camera

• Camera: used only to take photos. Capture and filtering run entirely on your device; images are never uploaded.
• Photos (add-only): only the results you choose to save are written to your photo library. The App does not read or browse your existing photos.

3. Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

To understand which features are actually used and improve the App, we use Firebase Analytics from Google LLC.

• What we collect: in-app events (capture, save, share, opening the editor, saving a recipe, unlock prompts shown, purchase outcomes, review-prompt answers) with their attributes (selected film look, pack name, quality, cumulative saves), your purchase tier (free / subscriber / number of packs owned), plus an app-instance identifier, device model, OS version, app version, language, and coarse (city-level) region.
• What we never collect: your photos and images are never transmitted in any form. We also do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Purpose: improving App features and diagnosing problems. Never used for advertising.
• Not linked to you: this data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
• Third party: the data is stored and processed on servers operated by Google LLC and may be transferred internationally. Google processes it only under terms providing protection equivalent to this policy. See policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Retention: collected event data is automatically deleted after at most 14 months.
• Opt out: turn off Settings → Send usage statistics in the App to stop collection immediately. To request deletion of data already collected, email us at the address below.

4. Diagnostics

If the App crashes or hangs, diagnostic data provided by iOS MetricKit is stored only on your device to help fix issues. This diagnostic data is never transmitted and contains no identifying information.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases (filter packs and subscription) are handled by Apple's App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple; the App has no access to your card or payment details.

6. Data Storage & Transfer

Photos you take or save and your filter settings live only on your device. Deleting the App also removes the data it stored. The usage analytics described in section 3 are the exception: they are held on Google servers and deleted automatically after the retention period.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect identifiable personal information from children.
